You should deduct your employees’ salaries based on the amount of time they were away from work due to ORNS activity. There should be no change to how you compute the deduction compared to past processes.

If you are confident that you have made correct estimates for the amount you have deducted, you should not amend or appeal the additional amount on the eService, nor deduct this quantum from your employees’ salaries just because they are being paid more by MINDEF.
