You can choose to pay your NSman employee the full amount reimbursed by MINDEF but you are not obliged to do so as long as your company continues to pay them as though they had not been away for the ORNS activity. Please email NSmen Payments Centre at contact@ns.gov.sg indicating the claim ID(s) and overpayment amount(s) and this will be assessed accordingly.
