My NSman employee is scheduled for an ORNS activity overseas. Is there anything I need to do?

Service Pay is typically paid to all NSmen who are scheduled to attend ORNS activities held overseas whether or not their employers are registered with the DIRECT scheme, in preparation for the overseas trip.

Employers registered with the DIRECT scheme with NSmen employees scheduled for overseas trainings are encouraged to submit the auto-generated claims on the OneNS Portal at least 1-2 weeks before the start of the training to ensure that payment is made in full directly to the company.
