You will be able to view and verify your automatically computed MUP via the “NSmen Payments” eService on the OneNS Portal one month before the start of your ORNS activity.

If your employer does not make amendments to or verify the automatically computed MUP amount more than two weeks before the start of your ORNS activity, the computed amount will be automatically processed for payment.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the start of your ORNS activity for the payment to be processed. Only if the payment has not been received after 10 working days, please contact the NS Contact Centre (NSCC) for assistance.
