What are the documents that I have to bring along for the medical check-up at MCC/CMPB (for LMDS disruptees only)?

To facilitate the SAF Medical Officers in the review of your PES status and medical conditions (if any), please bring along the following documents for your medical check-up:

  • Medical appointment letter

  • NRIC

  • Medical reports or other relevant documents
