For organisation booking related enquiries, you may write to Sport_Bookings@sport.gov.sg.

Alternatively, you may submit your request via the official ActiveSG contact form or contact their Quality Service Manager at 1800 344 1177 (Mon-Fri: 9.00am-6.00pm. Closed on Public Holidays).

On site, you may also approach the duty warden who is empowered to manage incidents based on SportSG’s Standard Operating Procedure.
