From 7:00am to 4:00pm, you may contact SportSG via the official ActiveSG contact form (https://www.activesgcircle.gov.sg/contact), or contact their Quality Service Manager at 1800 344 1177 (Mon-Fri: 9.00am-6.00pm. Closed on Public Holidays).

If on site, you may also approach the duty warden who is empowered to manage incidents based on SportSG’s Standard Operating Procedure.
