For Google Chrome v51 and above

Go to "Settings"
Click on "History"
Click on "Clear browsing data"
Ensure that "Cookies and other site and plugin data" and "Cached images and files" are checked
Go to "Clear browsing data"
Ensure that "Cached images and files" is checked
Click on "Clear browsing data"

For Safari v9 and above

Go to "Preferences"
Click on "Privacy" tab
Click on "Remove All Website Data"
Click on "Remove Now"

For Firefox v47 and above

Click on "History"
Click on "Clear Recent History"
Select "Everything" in the dropdown
Ensure that "Cookies" and "Cache" are checked
Click on "Clear Now"

For Opera v40 and above

Go to "More tools"
Click on "Clear Browsing Data"
Select "the beginning of time" in the dropdown
Ensure that "Delete cookies and other site data" and "Empty the cache" are checked
