What should I do when the webpage loads slowly or hangs?

The browser may be doing too much work, causing the webpage to load slowly or hang. Please close all browsers, open a new browser and try loading the webpage again. If the problem persists, the issue is likely because your Internet Service Provider, Local Area Network or our system is facing intermittent slow response.
