If you are an NSF/Regular/DXO/MINDEF civilian, you should report the loss to your S1/MPO/AO within 24 hours.

If recovery is unsuccessful, you should make a report to the Police on the loss of the SAF card/11b and apply for a replacement card via SAF Identity Document Management System (IDMS) at MINDEF Intranet. A replacement fee shall be levied on cards that are lost due to negligence.

If you are an NSF/Regular, you will need to obtain a temporary military IC from your S1/MPO/AO while waiting for the replacement of the SAF card/11b.

For NSmen, you should make a report to the Police on the loss of the SAF card. You may approach your S1/MPO/AO or Chief Clerk for assistance to file an application for replacement of SAF Card via IDMS.

Alternatively, you may approach the Service Connect (located at 91 Hillview Link, Singapore 669723, Blk 2 Level 3) for assistance to replace your SAF Card.
