The SAF 264 only states that I need to report in military uniform with a decent, non-dyed haircut. Why must I shave my goatee or beard when it is not stated?
Under the SAF directive, you are not allowed to keep goatee, beard or any other type of facial hair. Only a neatly trimmed moustache is acceptable.
