Can I have dyed hair during In-Camp Training (ICT)?

Before reporting for ICT, NSmen must maintain short and neat haircut. Accepted hair standards:

1. Should not touch collar.

2. Should not touch the tip of ears.

3. Fringe should not cover eye brows.

4. Dyes, tints or bleaches are not allowed for use on the hair except when it is dyed to the black colour. If they report in non-acceptable hair style, the NS Unit will send them for hair cut in the camp.
