1. Select “eServices” option

2. Select “Government” option under the list of eServices

3. Select “MINDEF” to access MINDEF e-Services

4. Select “Fines and Payments with Reference” option for payments with invoice numbers

5. Key in your NRIC no.

6. Select the Invoices/Fines to pay

7. Key in your Name, Unit/Department, contact no. and Email (if any) as requested

8. Upon successful transaction, a payment confirmation page will be displayed

1. Click on “Pay Bills Now”

2. Select “eServices” option at the left menu

3. Scroll down the menu to the “Government” section and select “MINDEF” to access MINDEF e-Services
