I do not have an e-letter from my family member/friend who is imprisoned. Can I still receive the LifeSG hardcopy vouchers on their behalf?

Updated by MINDEF
No, you will need the e-letter as proof that the national serviceman has nominated and authorised you to receive hardcopy vouchers on his behalf. Please check with the national serviceman on the issuance of this e-letter. National serviceman may approach prison officers to enquire about the process of nominating an NOK/friend to receive the hardcopy vouchers.
