National servicemen who are eligible for the NS LifeSG Credits may nominate and authorise a next-of-kin (NOK) or friend to receive hardcopy vouchers on their behalf. The hardcopy vouchers will be SAFRA Rewards Vouchers (for MINDEF/SAF servicemen) or HomeTeamNS vouchers (for MHA/SPF/SCDF national serviceman), which can be used at selected merchants.    National servicemen may approach prison officers to enquire about the process of nominating an NOK/friend to receive the hardcopy vouchers.
