Why can't I view my eMart credits account on OneNS?

You must be an active NSF, Regular or NSmen in order to utilise your eMart credits. Please contact your Unit Manpower Department to check on your service status. Alternatively, you can also email EMART@defence.gov.sg for further assistance.
