Why was I allocated fewer eMart credits than my entitlement?

eMart credits are pro-rated based on your duration of service and credits entitlement.  Example: NSF combat vocation - 260 Credits per year Scheduled top-up - 1 Jan 23 ORD - 1 May 23 Months served from top-up to ORD - 4 months Credits allocated = \$260/12 months\ x 4 months = $86.67
