Updated by MINDEF Non-standard drugs/treatment/services (as classified by the hospital) cannot be charged to the Service Injury (SI) Card. Please submit a memo from your attending doctor stating that the non-standard treatment/medical aids/equipment are necessary for your service injury to MINDEF/SAF HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) for assessment if the expenses can be reimbursed. You should seek approval from MINDEF prior to the treatment, so as to ensure that the medical expenses can be reimbursed by MINDEF. You may contact HRSSC at CompensationMgt@defence.gov.sg for further assistance. Contact us
