What is a Disability Assessment Report (DAR)?

A Disability Assessment Report (DAR) is a medical report on your service injury, which explains the evolvement and current state of your service injury.  It will also state if you have suffered any permanent disability (PD) as a result of your service injury. This degree of PD will be surfaced to SAF PD Board for endorsement and subsequently be used in the award of your disability compensation.
