What are the timelines that I need to adhere to for transport / medical claim submission?

Each consolidated monthly transport claim should be submitted no later than three months from the last calendar day of the month that the claims were incurred. Please ensure all claimable transport trips within a month are consolidated in a single claim before submitting.Medical and dental claims should be submitted within three calendar months from the date of receipt, or before their last day of service, whichever is earlier. Any claim submitted beyond the three-month deadline will be rejected.
