You are only allowed to submit claims incurred after your transport profile start date. Please also ensure that your claims are submitted within the 3-month deadline.    Medical and dental claims should be submitted within three calendar months from the date of receipt, or before their last day of service, whichever is earlier.    Each consolidated monthly transport claim should be submitted no later than three months from the last calendar day of the month that the claims were incurred.
