I had chosen "Email" as my notification setting. Why am I still unable to receive an email notification on my approved leave?
Please ensure that you have a valid Internet email address that is updated in OneNS.
To update your personal info via the mobile app, click on the "Settings" icon on the top right of the homepage after logging in.
To update your personal info via the web portal, click on the “My Profile” icon on the top right of the homepage.
