Are NS FIT sessions counted towards my annual NS liability?

NS FIT sessions will count towards your annual 40-day limit for NS call-ups, capped at 10 sessions inclusive of one IPPT attempt within the IPPT window. The sessions will not be accumulated to clock a High-Key within the work year.
