I have completed 10 sessions of NS FIT. Can I continue to take more sessions?

You can take more than 10 sessions. However, the additional sessions will not count towards your annual 40-day limit for NS call-ups or be accorded with service pay and make-up pay. For FIT@HPB Quick HIIT sessions, you are advised to book these additional sessions via HPB's Healthy365 app instead, so as to free up the slots on OneNS for NSmen who need to complete their NS FIT.
