What safety procedures are in place during the FIT@Park / FIT@HPB Quick HIIT for NSmen?

All professional trainers who are employed to conduct FIT@Park and FIT@HPB Quick HIIT are certified sports and exercise professional and are also first aid and CPR-AED trained. They will be equipped with a First Aid Box and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) (in locations where AED is not accessible. At FIT@Park, there is also an onsite paramedic at every session to render assistance to any participant who is unwell. In an unlikely event of emergency, an ambulance will be activated via 995.
