What should I or my emergency contact do if I get injured during FIT@ Home?

If the emergency contact is by your side, he/she should quickly attend to your injury. If you are not near your emergency contact, you should try to contact him/her if possible. When the online fitness trainers notice any signs of a potential injury, there is a three-level contact system in place. The trainers will call you on your mobile phone, and if uncontactable, they will call the emergency contact listed in your Safety Declaration Form. If both are uncontactable, the trainers will then call for an ambulance to the address of the workout location, which you have provided in the Safety Declaration Form.
