NSmen who are aged 35 years and above, will be allowed to participate in Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)/NS FIT session ONLY after they have completed the compulsory Health Screening  Programme (HSP) for the year, and are classified as "Low Cardiac Risk".
