Please note the following conditions before participating:

1. NSmen 35 years old and above must undergo the SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP). Only those with Low Cardiac Risk Outcome be permitted to participate.

If you have attended the medical screening within the past week, please bring along your valid FFI certificate for verification

2. NSmen certified unfit or temporarily unfit for IPPT, will not be allowed to participate in NS FIT for the same duration.
