If you are above 45 and 40 years old for Officers and WOSEs respectively, you can volunteer to do Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) if you are on the NS Volunteer scheme. You will qualify for the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) awards and the corresponding monetary rewards. Do note that you are required to complete the SAF HSP every year before booking Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) or NS FIT. You will not be allowed to take the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) or NS FIT if you are 35 years old and above and have not fulfilled your SAF HSP requirements for the year.
