Can an NSman retake a static station that he has scored badly?

An NSman can retake an Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) station assuming that he has failed to score a single point in a single static station, but has achieved the minimum passing score of 51. He must take this retest within 90 days of his last IPPT attempt. However, he will not be eligible for any IPPT monetary incentives. This 90-day grace period must lie within his current window.
