The same incentive scheme applies for all your Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) attempts. Should you improve on your result to the next award level, you will be eligible for the incremental difference between the awards you have achieved.  For example:If you failed the IPPT on the third attempt but achieved a pass with incentive ($200) on the fourth attempt, and a silver standard ($300) on the fifth attempt, you will be awarded $200 on your fourth attempt, and another $100 on your fifth attempt. However, please take note that you are only entitled to one gold award per IPPT window.  You will only be accorded service and make-up pay (where applicable) for the first three attempts. The sessions will also count towards your annual 40-day limit for NS call-ups for the first three attempts.
