Typically, supporting documents are usually submitted alongside deferment applications via OneNS. However, there are occasions where uploaded documents are rejected due to

(i) file format incompatibility;

(ii) insufficient information;

(iii) virus-infected documents.

In such cases, we will require NSman to send a copy of the supporting documents via email.
