All deferment applications should be accompanied with supporting documents to facilitate decision making by the unit. Cases will be rejected if there is insufficient documentary proof.    In the event where there is genuine difficulty in providing supporting documents, the deferment application will be forwarded to the commanders' consideration based on the past performance and merits of the NSman.
