NSmen will receive an outcome letter that can be accessed in the ICT and Manning eService when they apply for deferment. Deferment applications require 14 working days for processing from the date of submission. This letter will state the result of the NSman's deferment application. Please note that the outcome letter will not be available for viewing after 2 months from the end of your ICT via the ICT and Manning eService on OneNS. Should NSmen require the outcome letter of their deferment of the previous years, they would have to contact the 24-hour NS Contact Centre at 1800-eNSNSNS (1800-3676767(tel:18003676767)) to seek further assistance.
