How to access my deferment outcome letter?

NSmen will receive an outcome letter for their deferment application. This letter will state the result of the deferment application. The outcome letter will only be available for viewing via ICT and Manning eService on OneNS for up to 2 months from the end of the ICT. Should NSmen require their deferment outcome letter from previous years, they should contact the NS Contact Centre at 1800-3676767(tel:18003676767) for assistance.
