Can I apply for deferment for In-Camp Training (ICT) if I am undergoing full-time studies overseas?

NSmen who are undergoing full-time studies overseas for 12 months or more must apply for an Exit Permit. After the exit permit has been approved, they will be disrupted from ORNS for the duration that they are overseas. If NSmen have an existing call-up, they will need to apply for deferment and the deferment request has to be approved before NSmen can apply for an Exit Permit.
