Can I apply for deferment if I am working overseas?

NSmen who are working overseas will need to apply for deferment if they have been called up for In-Camp Training prior to applying for an Exit Permit. Upon approval of the deferment, NSmen may then proceed to apply for an Exit Permit if the duration of stay overseas is 12 months or more.
