The window to undergo health screening for a specified age will begin 3 months before your birthday for that age. For example, if you are due for HSP at age 35, you may undergo your Health Screening 3 months before your 35th birthday. The HSP Eligibility Criteria is shown as below:

NSmen	Mandatory for all IPPT-eligible NSmen	35 years old.   Yearly after 35 years old till 45 years old.
DXOs, MINDEF Civilian employees	Voluntary	25, 30 and 35 years old. Yearly after 35 years old and above.
