How often do I need to go for the SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP)?

The SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP) is mandatory for all Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)-eligible NSmen aged 35 years and above on an annual basis. It is also mandatory for all Regulars aged 25, 30, 35 and above.

You must complete this health screening, and will only be allowed to take IPPT if you obtain a "Low Cardiac Risk" result. If you do not have a valid Health Screening Programme certificate, you will not be allowed to take the IPPT.

Your PERS Centre/ Personnel Admin Centre will notify you 3 months before your birthday if you are due for Health Screening this year.
