The components of SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP) includes:

1. Screening medical history questionnaire

2. Medical examination

3. Investigations including resting electrocardiogram (ECG to assess heart rhythm, urine screen and blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

If necessary, you may also be referred for a stress ECG, where you will be asked to run on a treadmill while an ECG tracing of your heart activity is closely monitored. Referrals for other specialised cardiac tests and to a Cardiologist (heart specialist) may also be made if required.
