The issuing authorities for the Identity Memo for Determination of Fitness (IMDF) are as follows:

a. MINDEF/SAF Medical Officers (MO) are the issuing authority for IMDF for outpatient referrals for NSmen only.

b. Unit AO/MPO/S1 are the issuing authority for all IMDFs, excluding outpatient referrals for NSmen.
