Do note that the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService is found on a separate portal known as eHealth. Please visit eHealth to access the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService. If you're currently logged in to OneNS, you may also continue to access the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService through your dashboard. However, as eHealth and OneNS are 2 separate portals, you will be required to login again at eHealth even if you are currently logged in to OneNS. Please refer to the steps below for instructions on how to access the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService.

Step 1: Login to OneNS and access the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService through your dashboard.

Step 2: You will be directed to the eHealth login page. Login using your SingPass account to begin transacting with the Manage Medical (eHealth) eService.
