After Basic Military Training (BMT), you will be assigned to a suitable vocation based on organisational requirements, your military performance, your commanders' recommendations, education qualifications and medical fitness. If you perform well and demonstrate leadership potential during BMT, you will be selected to attend Command School training at Officer Cadet School (OCS) and Specialist Cadet School (SCS. Regardless of the vocation that you are assigned to, you will play an important role in the defence of our nation.
