You will need to access OneNS with your Singpass. You may visit http://www.singpass.gov.sg/ for more details on registering for a Singpass account.

You will need to complete the pre-enlistment documentation online and fill up the following information:

a. Personal Particulars

b. Family Particulars (e.g. name, NRIC number, date of birth, country of birth, home address, occupation, company name)

c. Education Details

d. Bank Account Details (e.g. bank name, branch code, bank account holder's name account number) - for crediting of your future allowance)

e. Medical Screening Questionnaire (submitted online and endorsed by your parent or guardian)

The last step for NS registration requires you to book an appointment for pre-enlistment medical screening.
