Where can I view the medical screening questionnaire after I have submitted it on OneNS?

The medical screening questionnaire can be viewed under the "Manage Medical Matters" dashboard card on your OneNS dashboard. The questionnaire will only be available before your endorser endorses or rejects the questionnaire. You will not be able to view the questionnaire after it is endorsed or rejected.
