If you have yet to attend your pre-enlistment medical screening appointment, you can still access the medical screening questionnaire via OneNS. It is important to complete your medical screening questionnaire prior to your pre-enlistment medical screening date. The questionnaire helps our Medical Officers to determine your fitness for full-time National Service and to consider your medical condition(s) during military training.
