You can apply for deferment online during NS registration. However, you will have to meet the full-time studies eligibility criteria in order to be considered for deferment. If you wish to apply for deferment after you have completed your online registration, you can apply through your dashboard on OneNS.

For NSmen

You may apply for deferment through the ICT and Manning eService on OneNS. You will have to report on the first day of your ICT if you are unable to apply for deferment in time. You may then speak to your superior with the relevant supporting documents if you still wish to pursue the deferment request after reporting to ICT.
