You can apply for NS deferment/ Exit Permit when completing the NS registration process online on OneNS. You will need the following information to complete the online deferment application:

a. Course details i.e. actual commencement/completion dates of course, level of studies, name of school/college and country.

b. Parents' particulars (including Name, NRIC, DOB, citizenship, occupation, country of work)

c. Sibling(s) particulars (Name, NRIC/Singapore Birth Certificate number, DOB, citizenship)

d. (applicable to Bank guarantee only) Name/Branch of the Bank in Singapore, Name, NRIC or foreign passport Number and address of the Bank account holder.
