The mid-year bonus and year-end bonus are computed based on the substantive salary as at 30 Jun and 31 Dec respectively, and the number of days served till 30 Jun / 31 Dec. The mid-year and year-end bonuses are usually paid together with the July and Dec salaries respectively.
