I was enlisted on 1 March. How much will I be getting for the mid-year and year-end bonuses?

You will be paid the pro-rated bonuses from the date of enlistment to 30 Jun for the mid-year bonus and from the date of enlistment to 31 Dec for the year-end bonus. The general formulae are as follows:

a) Mid-Year Bonus = [Substantive Salary as at 30 Jun] x no. of days served / 181 x quantum

b) Year-End Bonus = [Substantive Salary as at 31 Dec] x no. of days served / 365 x quantum
